Hi! My name is Sophie and I am currently an undergraduate student at Washington State University majoring in Animal Sciences with plans to attend their College of Veterinary Medicine. During the school year I live in Pullman, where I have had the opportunity to gain experience working with livestock,participate in research, and meet many supportive faculty mentors. 

Over the summer I live in Spokane with my parents, younger sister, and our three cats.I joined SouthCare in 2023 and it has been wonderful to work with such kind and caring people. Being a part of this team has helped me to gain invaluable experiences and knowledge that I will be able to apply throughout my academic career. I have always loved animals, so joining the SouthCare team has helped me to pursue my passions and my goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Some of my favorite things to do in my free time include cooking, baking, reading, and spending as much time as I can with my friends and family. I am excited to learn all that I can from such an amazing and supportive group of people!
