Our doctors and staff look forward to welcoming you and your companion to our family, and to providing you both with compassionate veterinary care and first-class customer service. To help ensure your first visit with us goes as smoothly as possibly, we invite you to review this page in its entirety for important information regarding our policies and guidelines.

Appointments

For the convenience of our clients, our veterinarians and staff are available six days a week to accept new pet patients in Spokane. Appointments are strongly recommended. However, emergency patients should come in immediately. In order to ensure we are best able to accommodate your schedule, we strongly encourage you to call ahead at (509) 448-4480 or to schedule your appointment online.

Our New Client Forms

Prior to your first visit, we ask that you please fill out and submit our new client form online, or print it out and bring it in with you. If your pet has prior medical records from another facility, we ask that you also bring these in with you so that we are able to gain a more complete picture of your pet’s medical history.

Payment

Payment is expected when services are rendered. Please note that in order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
